As a community manager, we understand how important your residents are to you. We also realize many residents enjoy community pool parties, Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas parties and more, with most events featuring door prizes and giveaways.
At TSI, we like to give back to our customers to show our appreciation for the work we receive from them. To show our appreciation, we have initiated our Property Partner Program, or 3P.
This simple rebate program rewards community managers for partnering with us in business. For every dollar a community manager spends, they receive 1% credit or savings toward TSI Bucks. These credits can be used for property parties, lunch for employees and customers, or discounts on the next TSI project.
Example: $500 = $5 TSI Bucks
Please note: The 3P partner program is only applicable to jobs approved by the district manager, property manager, or maintenance director. Projects exceeding $20,000 are not included.
